Our software automates the creation of work instructions directly from CAD, helping factories eliminate inefficiency, reduce errors, and accelerate production. We’re scaling fast, and we’re looking for an experienced Account Executive to drive new customer acquisition and fuel our growth.
The Role
We’re seeking a high-performing closer who thrives in a startup environment. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through demos, negotiation, and closing. The right candidate is motivated by building pipeline, exceeding quota, and partnering with manufacturers who want to modernize and scale.
Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle sales process: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, and closing.
- Build and manage a 3–4x quota pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Deliver 8–10 new opportunities per month and conduct 12+ demos monthly.
- Achieve an annual new ARR quota of $900K–$1.2M.
- Maintain a 25–35% close rate on qualified opportunities.
- Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, and product teams to refine messaging and improve lead quality.
- Accurately forecast opportunities and maintain data hygiene in CRM.
- Represent Dirac with professionalism and energy at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in manufacturing, industrial software, or adjacent verticals, or a clear ability to learn how to sell but coming from a preferred background (manufacturing, engineering).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding $750K+ ARR quotas.
